# CoreAI Roadmap

## Purpose

This roadmap defines a progressive path for CoreAI without over-architecture.

## Phase 1: Documentation Foundation

- Create official v1 documentation.
- Define filesystem, manifest, bundle, snapshot, and publication models.
- Preserve HAS84 as the first origin domain.

## Phase 2: Schemas And Examples

- Stabilize YAML schemas.
- Add minimal valid examples.
- Document validation expectations.

## Phase 3: Loader Prototype

- Read manifests and bundles.
- Validate files.
- Produce deterministic exports.
- Report errors clearly.

## Phase 4: Forensic Runtime

- Capture snapshots.
- Build timelines from observed events.
- Link evidence to state and decisions.

## Phase 5: Domain Packs

- Add reusable domain documentation.
- Keep domains independent from the CoreAI core.
- Validate publication and visibility boundaries.

## Long-Term Direction

CoreAI may later support richer indexing, provider adapters, or domain tooling. These must remain optional and must not replace the filesystem as the source of truth.
